Appointments
Please contact our office for an appointment (405) 375-5497. For your convenience, we have a 24 hour answering service. We always welcome new patients.

"Walk-in" appointments, for established patients (those here within the last 12 months), can often be granted if there is room in the schedule.

Unfortunately we cannot accept a new patient without a scheduled appointment. This is because we strive to allow extra time for that important first appointment. We will make every effort to schedule you as soon as possible, often on the same day.

Financial Arrangements
We will be more than happy to submit insurance forms and help you receive the most from your insurance benefits. For those patients without insurance, we can provide a modest payment plan. Our office accepts cash, check, debit/bank card, and major credit cards.       (Visa, MasterCard & Discover)

Please consult our knowledgeable front office staff for specific insurance questions. We accept most major insurance carriers. A copy of your current insurance card and photo ID will be needed to answer related questions.

We also accept approved Workers' Compensation and Automobile Injuries. Please be sure to notify us of this when you call.

Medicare 

We will be happy to file Medicare claims for you, however we do not accept assignment , which means the patient submits payment to our office and waits for Medicare to reimburse them for covered services. Our staff can explain covered and non-covered services further.

Medicaid and Sooner Care have no Chiropractic benefits at this time.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide 24 hours notice. This advanced notice allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.
